It's Greek Time!

As A Spread:

  • 4 oz Cream Cheese (regular or light), softened
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • One Package of Its Greek Time

Combine all ingredients. Place in an appropriate container and cover.

Refrigerate for at least three hours. (It gets even better over time). Serve on bagels, pita bread, crackers, or melba rounds.

 

As A Dip:

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • One Package of Its Greek Time

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate at least three hours. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, etc.
