Pub Cheddar Cheese Beer Dip & Spread Mix

The Gourmet Spread:

Cold Spread

·         8 oz. room temperature Cream Cheese

·         1/3 cup milk.

·         One full Package of Pub Cheddar Cheese Beer Dip Mix!

Combine all ingredients. Place in an appropriate container and then cover. Refrigerate a minimum three hours. (Very important!) Great on bagels, pita bread, crackers, Burgers etc.…

The Gourmet Dip:

To make a Warm Dip

·         8 oz. room temperature Cream Cheese

·         1/3 cup Milk.

·         One full Package of Pub Cheddar Cheese Beer Dip Mix!

That’s it! Mix all three ingredients together thoroughly. Microwave for 2 minutes stirring half-way through. Serve with Soft or Crunchy Pretzels, Vegetable Sticks, Potato Chips, Crackers, Rye Bread Cubes etc...
